PB Law - Our Firm

Casey Ciklin Lubitz Martens & O’Connell was originally formed in 1985 by the merger of three existing, full-service law firms. While all three firms provided a broad range of services, each had also established particular areas of focus: one in land use, litigation and real estate law; another in corporate law, tax and construction litigation; and the third in estate planning, probate and guardianship. With the merger of these firms into one entity, clients gained access to additional depth and experience in

specific areas of the law, while still receiving a comprehensive range of services from a single organization. From the outset, the partners and associates in the firm shared a common philosophy. They agreed that, in addition to providing expertise in specific areas of practice, the firm would work with clients to:

	Prevent legal problems before they occurred
	Negotiate solutions wherever possible
	Litigate if alternatives were inappropriate

Building on this underlying philosophy, the firm drew upon the combined strengths of its professionals to provide a balanced approach to solving legal problems.

Although our list of clients has grown to include a number of developers, governments, financial service organizations, securities dealers, corporations and families, we are also sensitive to the needs of the individual client. We approach all of our work with a respectful attitude, regardless of the size or scope of a client’s situation. It is our belief that every client relationship must be firmly rooted in the principles of professional expertise and mutual respect. We strive to balance our legal skills to fit each client’s needs.
