Pat Casey has focused his legal practice in the areas of commercial trial practice, real estate, tax and business law. He has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation since 1996.
Since establishing his practice in Palm Beach County in 1974, Mr. Casey has been a board member and officer of numerous community organizations including the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, the Palm Beach County Bicentennial Constitution Commission, the Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation, and both the Palm Beach County and Florida Associations of Retarded Citizens. He also has an exceptional record of service to the legal profession, having served as president and director of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, director of the Florida Bar Foundation, member of the Florida Bar's executive committee, its board of governors and as member or chairman of more than a dozen other committees of The Florida Bar.
An AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Casey is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees, and also holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami. |
