Ramsay J. Bulkeley has been with the firm in the Land Use department since 2006 as a planner, and most recently as an associate.  Since joining the firm, he has been involved in a wide variety of zoning, land use and code enforcement matters.  Mr. Bulkeley has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State University.  He received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern, Shepard Broad Law School in 2006. 

Mr. Bulkeley has worked in both the private and public sector.  He was the land acquisitions and entitlements coordinator for a Palm Beach Gardens developer and was also previously employed by the Town of Jupiter as an engineering inspector.  A three-time South African national motocross champion, Mr. Bulkeley has competed worldwide in the sport.  He is also an avid fisherman and rugby athlete, and plays for the Palm Beach Rugby Football Club.
