Greg Kino represents both local and national clients in his land use/governmental and real estate practice and is extensively involved in the civic life of the City of West Palm Beach. He has obtained governmental approvals for a diverse list of development including a 40-acre, mixed-use project including a hotel and marina, four Downtown West Palm Beach high rise condominiums and the telecommunications facilities for the five major carriers at the Jupiter Stadium. He was formerly a five-year member and three-year chairman of the City's Zoning Board of Appeals.
Mr. Kino volunteers for various fundraising activities and civic projects, and also volunteers at a local soup kitchen. As a result of his civic activities, he has been nominated for the President's Volunteer Action Award, and has twice been a finalist in the Price Waterhouse/South Florida Business Journal 'Up & Comers' award.
After receiving an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Florida, Mr. Kino earned his law degree at Stetson University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Stetson Law Review. An AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, he is a member of the Palm Beach County and the Florida Bar Associations. |
